You agree not to:

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Service.
All content (except for third-party content / station streams) is owned or licensed by us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, modify, or otherwise use this content beyond what is allowed under your license without our express permission.
Stations listed via our service may be subject to licensing, copyright, or rights held by third parties (station owners / broadcasters). We are not responsible for their content or compliance, beyond listing them upon submission.
If you submit a radio station to be listed, you represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to share that stream.
We reserve the right to review, approve, refuse or remove any submitted station at our discretion.
If a station owner requests removal, we will remove the listing promptly.
You agree not to post, transmit, or facilitate content that:
Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or injurious to others
Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Encourages illegal activity or violence
Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violates any other provision of these Terms
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantee regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with your equipment.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any station listed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability (in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) is limited to an amount equal to what you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months, or else one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is lesser.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless y29.site (and its officers, agents, affiliates) from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of:
